Leadly is built so core scanning, saved items, and troubleshooting history can stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.

Leadly stores match history, dismissed alerts, watchlist items, completed tasks, and app preferences locally on your device by default.
Local storage keeps recent matches, watchlist state, and retention settings available between sessions without requiring an account for core scanning.
If telemetry is enabled in settings, Leadly stores structured local event and error logs on your device so you can export troubleshooting details when needed.
Telemetry turns off only when you switch it off. Existing logs stay on-device until you clear them manually or reset local data.
Control
The policy is simple: your data stays under your control, and the app should make removal as available as export.
Leadly lets you export match history as CSV or JSON and local telemetry as JSON. These files are created on your device at the time you request them.
Leadly does not upload local history by default. Once you send or share an export, that copy is controlled by the destination you choose.
You can set retention windows for local history to 30, 90, 180, or 365 days in settings.
You can also delete all locally stored history, watchlist items, telemetry logs, and preferences at any time from the app's data controls.
Safety limits
Leadly provides informational product-safety results and does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency guidance, or certified laboratory testing.
