Settings offers local-history retention windows from 30 days to 10 years. The available windows depend on your plan.
You can also delete all locally stored history, watchlist items, telemetry logs, and preferences at any time from the app's data controls.
Turning off beta milestone sharing clears its unsent queue and local milestone state. Accepted events are treated as expired after 90 days and are excluded from analytics use. Leadly removes expired rows during later analytics maintenance, so physical deletion may occur after that date when no new beta activity is arriving.
Clearing local data or signing out does not delete a connected profile or retained server records. Signed-in users can permanently delete their Leadly account from Settings under Data and privacy.
Account deletion removes the profile and public Community posts from Leadly's public view, private captures, cloud scan history, household memberships, notification records, and Leadly billing profile. A shared household transfers to another active member; a household with no other active member is deleted. Copies that other people captured or shared outside Leadly are beyond Leadly's control.
Most requests complete immediately. If an authentication provider is temporarily unavailable, Leadly removes its local cloud records first and safely retries sign-in removal. You can also retry from sign-in or contact support if it remains pending.
Account and household records are generally kept while the account is active. Server match records are kept for traceability and quality review until account deletion or an applicable retention rule removes them. Payment, security, deidentified safety-review, limited Community moderation, and legal records may remain with Leadly or a service provider only for the period needed to meet abuse prevention, fraud-prevention, source-traceability, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.
