Leadly Community is for practical household context, careful questions, and evidence people can follow. These standards apply to posts, profiles, and public interactions.
These standards may change as Community tools and safety needs develop.
Say what you observed and link to the source behind a safety claim.
Disagree with an idea or claim without attacking the person.
Use the in-app controls or contact support when more context is needed.
Posting rules
A strong post identifies the item or material, separates observation from inference, and gives readers a source or a practical next step.
Describe what you observed, how the item was identified, and what remains uncertain. Link to an official notice, laboratory record, or other source when a post makes a safety claim.
Do not call an item safe, lead-free, poisoned, recalled, or cleared unless the evidence supports that exact statement. A home test or visual clue is useful context, not a universal verdict.
You may share your own experience, but do not diagnose exposure, interpret someone else's medical results, prescribe treatment, or tell a person to delay professional care.
When a concern is urgent or health-related, direct people to an appropriate clinician, poison control resource, emergency service, or responsible public agency.
Do not post full addresses, private contact details, account credentials, identifying documents, medical records, or a child's name or identifying image.
Share another person's story, home details, or test result only with permission. Review your text before submitting and remove names or details that could identify a person or private location.
No harassment, threats, hateful conduct, sexual harassment, intimidation, impersonation, doxxing, or coordinated attacks. Do not shame people for what is in their home or for asking a basic question.
Challenge evidence and reasoning directly. Repeated unwanted contact can be removed even when each message might appear mild on its own.
Do not post scams, spam, unlawful sales, dangerous instructions, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, content that endangers a child, or material that promotes self-harm or abuse.
Fabricated evidence, manipulated records, malicious falsehoods, and attempts to evade an enforcement action are also prohibited.
Clearly disclose when a brand, seller, affiliate link, free product, discount, or employer relationship influenced a post. Put the disclosure where people will see it before acting on the recommendation.
Concealed promotions, repetitive solicitations, engagement manipulation, and testimonials that misrepresent an experience are not allowed.
Safety tools
Community controls reduce harm and give moderators context. They do not verify every claim or turn a post into a safety clearance.
Report a post or profile from its menu and choose the closest reason. Reports are reviewed with the content and relevant account context and are not shown publicly.
Hide removes a post from your view. Blocking limits direct interaction between accounts where supported, but it does not make public content confidential.
Leadly may add context, limit distribution or interaction, remove content, or restrict, suspend, or delete an account based on risk and history.
Contact support to ask for another review. Account deletion removes the public profile and posts from Leadly's public view, subject to limited safety and legal retention.

Do not send medical records or unrelated private information. Leadly support is not an emergency service.
Use the in-app report when possible. For an appeal, account-deletion question, or a report you cannot submit in the app, use the support page.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or public-safety service first.
